The results from the MBTI Personality quiz that I received was ESTP which stands for; Extravert, Sensing, Thinking, and Perceiving. The ESTP personality is one that demonstrates someone who is an active and spontaneous person, they take action before evaluating any problem that is in front of them. ESTP’s do not like to plan ahead of time, they like to get started right away and fix any problems later . An ESTP is also known to be very competitive in their line of work, and can adapt to just about any situation that is in front of them. They do not like dull moments and can make boring tasks/projects interesting. As far as their weaknesses, ESTP’s have a few. They like to act on impulse, but sometimes they can get caught up in the situation and not make the most rational decision. This could be seen as being risk prone, they don’t like to think about future consequences that can affect them in the long run. Another trait that can set them back is that they are very unorganized. Creating a plan does not work with them, and they will normally disregard any type of guidelines. I do believe that this personality type fits me perfectly. From what I have read about an ESTP, many traits that they have are similar to how I would act. This personality test was interesting and informative, I have learned about myself and how I can act in a in either a professional business scene or back home amongst my friends.
The picture below is what my ideal classroom would look like, it would be outside on the beach with recliner chairs.
